When someone is interested in a position at Auchan, the candidates can write a comment 'Érdekel' (meaning: Interested) - and the Auchan Career chatbot will send them the necessary information. It is that simple.

Auchan desired to use a solution specifically for Recruitment that would optimize the acquisition of candidate data, reduce the workload of the HR department, and increase the number of job applications. They wanted to use the chatbot on their Career Facebook page and their Career website.

The Recruiting chatbot intelligence automatically answers the most common questions about job opportunities and the company. The bot provides general information that is true for all jobs and positions. Thanks to the integrated ATS system, the chatbot is able to communicate the available positions. The chatbot displays information about the positions at Auchan through a graphic UI interface and allows the candidate to apply to them!
