Introduction

Our chatbot specialized in conferences has proven itself in deep water. The chatbot has shown the opportunities in this field during one of Hungary's most significant professional customer service events.

Project goal

We aimed to provide an easy‑to‑use device for the Contact conference participants: a solution that offers more than helping navigation between programs and locations by making communication easier for presenters and attendees alike. The biggest challenge was to keep the program simple and ready to be used intuitively, despite its complex functionality.

Project details

We have designed this custom‑made system to be able to help participants with all the questions that may come up at a conference. Besides providing information about the programs and location, the chatbot allowed participants to get in touch with each other, ask questions from the presenters and even rate the presentations. In addition, the organizers were able to notify the attendees in push messages about the most important news and could arrange the moderation of the incoming questions in advance.
