Thanks to the Todo / SZTE + chatbot solution, university students will receive an onboarding assistant and a personalized to‑do list. The system helps the students with the onboarding process while saving them energy and time.

Project goal

When new students arrive at the university, they have lots of questions - and searching for the answers to those questions by themselves is no easy task. The Todo / SZTE+ chatbot guides the students through the enrollment, making the process easier and faster while requiring less attention, time, and energy. Thanks to the chatbot, the students’ first university experience can be tied to a modern and convenient tool, while the solution takes a significant burden off the shoulders of the university’s student service at the same time. Beside Enrollment, other processes like Internship or Final Exam can be integrated into the system as well.

The chatbot generates a personalized to‑do list for each student: for example, college‑related tasks will be assigned only to students who plan to live in a dormitory. In addition to the to‑do list, the chatbot also has a university chatbot intelligence that can answer the most common questions regarding the enrollment process. Each to‑do and question has its own page that features a detailed description, a deadline, a category, a location related to the task, and a list of relevant FAQs.
