We have crafted Sihuhu chatbot for passengers of MÁV, the state‑owned Hungarian Railways. It helps them find and share essential travel information in seconds and look back for earlier results easily.

Project goal

The timetable of MÁV has been accessible online for years, but inexperienced users may have the feeling that it is difficult to use. Therefore, we wanted to create a solution that is optimized for mobile phones and provides all the the necessary information requiring minimal effort from the user’s side.

Project details

Sihuhu chatbot is available on Messenger and Viber, and its AI was designed to figure out user intentions by reading „between the lines.” The bot replies with a relevant timetable instantly whenever two city names are entered, completed with notes about replacement buses and other disturbances in the service. The AI provides well‑structured answers that include graphical elements to make results as clear‑cut as possible while staying in a chat all the time makes looking back for earlier conversations with the bot as simple as it gets.
