Project goal

Customers are satisfied with customer services if they receive a quick and accurate answer to their problems. The easiest way to achieve this is to automate the processes. Our goal was to set up a system that can handle simple tasks making up the bulk of the work in a way that is as satisfying as it would be done by human staff – without external intervention, with a much shorter response time. Thus, employees can deliver maximum performance in more complex cases.

Project details

We have deployed Bobblo, our e-commerce chatbot solution at Decathlon’s customer service. Thanks to its artificial intelligence, Bobblo can understand what users’ problems or needs are. Using the chatbot, customers can track their orders, check product stock information, and submit self-service forms for damaged products, order cancellations, etc.
