Rezultz chatbot
For spectators of the Kayak-Canoe World Cup held in Hungary, we have created the Rezultz chatbot that provides up-to-date retrievable information for everyone.

Project goal
It is always a challenge to keep spectators and journalists informed and updated on a sporting event. Conventional solutions such as loudspeakers and jumbotrons represent compromises in many aspects: screening, filtering, or retrieving results is impossible; their visibility and audibility are limited, and they can even be disturbing for fans who would instead focus on the competitors themselves. Our goal was to create a solution that is conveniently accessible within seconds for everyone.
Project details
Our chatbot developed for the event goes by the name Rezultz and was accessible through Facebook Messenger. The clear cut easy-to-manage chatbot was directly communicating with the software of the Hungarian Kayak‑Canoe Association and gave much more detailed information for those interested than what could have been shown on the jumbotrons. The users had only to address the intelligent chatbot to always receive the information and notifications about the chosen event or contestant- either in Hungarian or English depending on their choice.
