Introduction

Obor Bank is our fictitious financial institute. We created it to show what a lead‑generating chatbot could be capable of in the financial sector.

Project goal

Our goal was to design a chatbot vision that goes beyond the current set of functions used in the banking sector and may open a door towards a new generation of financial AIs.

Project details

In the case of the credit calculator, the chatbot recognizes both the entered sum and the maturity in different forms, like “450.000 HUF for 20 months” or ”quarter million forints for 1 year”. Prospective borrowers may use a credit calculator on a graphic UI (GUI) surface and save the credit offers they configured by entering maturity and the required sum. The chatbot automatically answers the most frequently asked questions, helps users know their way around the financial terms or find an Obor branch or ATM. In the Appointment module, users can pre‑arrange a meeting at the nearest branch within seconds.
